The Desco 19297 Two-Point Resistance Probe meets ANSI/ESD STM11.13-2015 requirements for testing the resistance of small samples or small areas on a larger sample. It utilizes two gold plated, spring-loaded pins with conductive rubber electrodes at the point of contact. The two electrodes measure 0.125" in diameter and are spaced 0.25" between centers.
