The 421A is a low-height double-surface Heat Sink made of aluminium alloy with black anodized finish for stud-mount TO-3 case styles and DO-5 diodes. It utilizes finned surface area on both sides of the power semiconductor mounting surface to provide maximum heat dissipation in a compact profile. It is ready to install on popular power components in natural and forced convection applications.
