BTS7008 Series

BTS70081EPPXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +2 12V smart high-side power switch. It provides protection functions and diagnosis. It is suitable for driving 11A resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits and is suitable for driving glow plug, heating loads, DC motor and for power distribution.
