The EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI303YAS evaluation board includes the 1EDI3035AS high and low side driver for SiC-based applications. It features a half-bridge configuration and supports mounting of HybridPACK™ DSC CoolSiC™ and TO247-3/-4 discrete devices. The user manual guides customers through various options and product combinations. Additionally, an online simulation of the 1EDI3035AS is available for seamless product evaluation.
