The REF_5BR3995BZ_16W1 is an auxiliary power supply reference design configured in a flyback topology and is based on theICE5BR3995BZ, a member of Infineon’s5thgeneration fixed frequency CoolSET™family. The power supply supports an input range up to 264 VACwith 15 V / 150 mA, 12 V / 900 mA and 5 V / 300 mA non-isolated output. Thanks to the integrated 950 V MOSFET, such a design enables the deployment to unstable grid environments and increases system robustness.
