The REF-Hairdryer-C101-6ED is a reference design kit featuringIMC101T iMOTION™controller,6EDL04I06PTSOI three-phase gate driver andIKD06N60RFIGBT. This reference design kit demonstrates our thin-film-SOI and Advanced Motion Control Engine (MCE 2.0) technologies for low power PMSM/BLDC motor drivers up to 100 kRPM and inverters rated up to 400 W. It is optimized for small home appliances like hairdryers, fans, pumps and other low-power motor drive applications. Before setting up and running the motor control system, the user needs to download following files from theiMOTION™ Tools & Software: User should check this page regularly for updates on MCE firmware or iMOTION™ PC tools. Please refer to the REF-Hairdryer-C101-6ED User Manual for more information.
