MPM3690GBF-50B-T

MPM3690-50B is a single 50A output power module that offers a complete power solution with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3690-50B supports an input range between 4V and 16V and an output range between 0.6V and 1.8V. The voltage of the MPM3690-50’s two outputs can be set separately via a single resistor at each output. It is also pin-compatible with the MPM3690-20B (single 26A) and MPM3690-30B (single 36A output) power modules. The MPM3690-50B adopts MPS’s proprietary, multi-phase constant-on-time (MCOT) control which provides ultra-fast transient response and minimizes the output capacitance. It integrates a monolithic DC/DC converter, power inductor and other passive components. It is available in a BGA (16mm x 16mm x 5.18mm) package. Typical applications include telecom and networking equipment, industrial equipment, FPGA and ASIC power systems.
