The S25HS512TDPBHB013 is an Automotive-qualified SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory device. With a density of 512 Mbit, it utilizes Quad SPI interface with bandwidth up to 66 MByte/s. The device operates at 1,8 V with interface frequencies of 133 / 66 MHz (SDR/DDR). Built with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it offers different sector architecture options and a page programming buffer of 256 or 512 bytes.
