The TDA38827OptiMOS™ IPOLis an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. It uses a fast constant on-time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design effort and achieves fast control response. The onboard PWM controller andOptiMOS™ 5 MOSFETswith integrated bootstrap diode make the TDA38827 a small footprint solution, providing high-efficiency power delivery.
