XENSIV™ TLE493D-W3B6 is a magnetic 3D sensor based on Hall technology. This sensor is part of Infineon's latest generation of 3D Hall sensors. The TLE493D-x3xx family complements our 3D Hall portfolio with sensors that offer a wider supply voltage range, full ISO26262 compliance and improved drift values. The TLE493D-W3B6 variant can be used for a broad range of automotive, consumer and industrial applications.
